Parcel delivery/pickup time
Within 48 hours after the parcel is generated, the warehouse will finish packing and weighing and send it out. When the status of the parcel in AllCnHaul warehouse is "packed", the warehouse and the logistics provider will arrange for delivery/pickup in a fixed time (weekends and holidays logistics provider rest, pickup time will be postponed), the parcel transportation time limit will be 3-7 days of difference is a normal phenomenon.

1.AllCnHaul may adjust the shipping rates and delivery times from time to time according to the costs and market conditions, and AllCnHaul will truthfully notify you of any changes in advance;
2.For delays, damage, loss, tax, confiscation, and other uncertainties, AllCnHaul will compensate according to AllCnHaul's compensation policy.
3. For fast and smooth customs clearance, we suggest that you accurately declare the parcel value. We will declare the parcel according to the value you've entered, and for the purpose of compliance-based fast customs clearance, fill in the product name, quantity, unit price, and other information for you according to the product information you submit. Heavier or more valued parcels are more likely to be taxed by customs. The declared value you've entered will be used as the value basis for you to claim compensation from AllCnHaul in case of any losses.
4. When you place an order and send a parcel or you are the recipient of the parcel, AllCnHaul will collect your information as follows: name, address contact info of the sender and the recipient as well as product info, which will be used for submitting orders, generating logistics waybils, parcel pick-up, warehousing, transportation, export & import clearance, and parcel delivery. According to the relevant customs requirements of thedesinaion country, we wil arso colect vour ID card information for the sole ournose of identity verifcaion and import & export declaration 'If you provide an inaccurate or wrong address.on the Dremise of not violatina the mandatory reauire ments of relevant laws and requlations on personal information storage. we may use your previous wavbll information to complete and correct such address, so as to avoid repeatedly confrming the address with the recipient/sender to ensure the parcel will be delivered safely and efhciently.
5. Disclaimer: AllCnHaul wil not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to theadministrative authority acts with actual or obvious power, the acts or omissions of any person not hired or contracted by AllCnHaul (e.g. sender,recipient, customs personnel, government department personnel or third parties), safety regulations implemented by goverment departments or othersafety regulations applicable to the place of delivery, and Force Majeure including riots, strikes, labor disputes, civl riots, viruses or diseases, faluresor interruptions of communication and information systems, any interference in aviation or road traffc networks (e.9. astronomical phenomena.industrial actions, electronic audio-visual pictures, electromagnetic damage or deletion of data or records) and natural disasters, including but notlimited to earthquakes, cyclones, storms, foods, etc.;
6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shal be govered by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these termsand conditions shall be submitted for settlement to the Shenzhen Court of intemational Arbitration.
7. ln case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall preval.You shall undertake that: The products to which you enrust AllCnHaul to provide services and value-added services shall meet the exportreauirements of the country of origin and the import reqvirements of the count of destination, if there are any problems durina the customsclearance due to the products themselves or false declaration, you shall bear the relevant losses, in the case that AllCnHaul sufers osses therefrom.you will compensate us.
I have carefully read and fuly understood the relevant contents of this Senice Agreement, and agree to folow the terms and conditions stated above.
Upon the particularity of international transportation, you need to comply with the rules of interational package shipping, please be sure to readthoroughly and accept the following terms and conditions.
Package compensation standards
if your products are lost, acking in quantityv, damaged, delaved or being seized bv customs during the shioment process due to reasons not inAllCnHaul's control, AllCnHaul is not responsible for compensation. For indirect and not actualized proft lostes, we wi also not be responsible forany compensation. Please see the “Insurance and compensation of Parcels" for actual details.
AllCnHaul is not responsible for compensation in the follow situations (for uninsured package)
1.No compensation will be given for the lost of mall due to force majeure such as natural disasters or customs reasons;
2.if the delivered items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations, the competent authority wil confscate them or deal with them inaccordance with relevant laws and regulations, and no compensation will be given;
3. No compensation wil be given if the package of the mai is intact with no signs of dismanting, and the weight is not reduced but the intemaparts are short or damaged at the time of delivery;
4. If the mail track shows that it has not been delivered properly, and it is confrmed by the logistics provider that the parcel has been confscatedby the customs, the logistics provider's inquiry shall prevail and no compensation shall be paid;
5. No compensation wil be given for the lost of the mall or the shortage of the contents due to the responsibiity of the customer or the reasons for the sent item itself;
6. No compensation wil be given if the customer fails to inquire and make no claim for compensation from the date of delivery of the mail to the expiry of the inquiry period;
7. if the intermational mall is detalined, conhscated or destroyed by the destination country according to its domestic laws,no compensation wil be given.
ltems that cannot be shipped through mail
1.ltems forbidden to be circulated or shipped according to the national law;
2.Explosive,flammable,erosive,radioactive or toxic hazardous items;
3.Publications, books, sources or items containing reactionary content or obscenity;
4.Currencies of all kinds;
5.ltems that violate public health;
6.ltems that rot easily;
7. Live animals (not counting bees, silkworms and leeches, as long as the packaging ensures the safety of the workers);
8. ltems that are not adequately packaged and may cause hazards to the workers, or contaminate or damage other packages;
9. Other items unsuitable for shipment though mail.
ltems that are forbidden from being sent according to postal practices
1.ltems with qualities or packaging that may harm the postal workers or contaminate/damage other packages or postal equipment;
2.ltems with metal seals or other sharp edges that may get in the way of postal processing;
3. All types of frearms, ammunition, explosive, fammable, erosive, and radioactive items or vessels, strong poison, anesthetics, biochemicalproducts and infectious items;
4. All kinds of publications, propaganda, or printed items that may endanger the security and stabiity of the society or contain obscenity;
5. All kinds of items that may endanger public health;
6. Documents or items that are not accepted or allowed to be circulated in the recipient country.
