When the order status is [shipped], the merchant has already shipped. We must first discuss with the seller whether a return is possible. If the seller agrees to return the item and does not need to pay for shipping, the money will be refunded to the available balance of your allcnhaul account after the return is completed; If the seller agrees to return the item, we will have to pay for shipping and we will refund the clothing product to the seller at a price of 20 yuan/kg for the first weight and 10 yuan/kg for the additional weight. We will pay the shipping fee in advance. After the return is completed, we will deduct the shipping fee from the amount paid by the customer, and then refund the remaining amount to the available balance in your allcnhaul account.
If the order status is [in stock] within 5 days, we will apply to the seller for replacement when the user requests it. It depends on whether the seller agrees or not. After the seller agrees, we will help you return the item as soon as possible. It usually takes 7-20 days from the return of replacement products to the seller's redelivery and storage. The specific time depends on the seller. If the exchange requires shipment, it will be borne by the buyer.

If the inventory of the order exceeds the unconditional return period, we will first negotiate with the merchant whether it can be returned. If possible, please follow the return process during the return period. If not, it cannot be returned.
