1、 The normal storage period for purchasing and shipping packages is 180 days (approximately 6 months), starting from the order status of "stored". If it exceeds 150 days, an email will be sent to remind the user to submit the package waybill. If the package waybill is not submitted or any feedback is not given after 180 days, it will be considered as giving up the product, and we will dispose of expired products uniformly.
2、 The deadline for abnormal packages (i.e. packages that have been signed for but have not submitted orders or completed logistics information) is 60 days, starting from the order status of "signed for". Due to the inability to match relevant orders and users with such packages, no reminders can be given. If the deadline is exceeded, allcnhaul will be deemed to have abandoned storage and destroyed.

1. During the storage period, allcnhaul is responsible for the storage of the goods and assumes corresponding responsibilities, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the storage scope (for example, perishable items have a shelf life of only one month).
2. The destroyed goods will no longer receive any prompts or notifications.
